Types of Builders
There are many types of builders but the main two types of catagories are residential builders and commercial builders. Residential builders are builders that deal with the domestic home market. There are new house builders and they build new homes from plans that they already have in house or that they are given from the public. Most residential builders will specialise in either new homes or renovation work. Some builders will be defined as either a custom home builder or prestige home builder or even a project home builder The commercial builders may have some plans already available however most will give prices and quote per plan that is provided.
